A UK-based AI consultancy was spending 70% of their analysts' time on repetitive data aggregation, report generation, and research synthesis across 200+ client accounts. They needed a production-grade AI agent that could reason, plan, and execute multi-step workflows autonomously with zero hallucination tolerance.
We built a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipeline using LangChain + OpenAI GPT-4o with a vector database for grounded responses. The agent engine used a multi-step ReAct reasoning loop, tool-calling for web search, database queries, and chart generation. FastAPI backend with Redis task queues enabled async processing of 500+ simultaneous agent workflows.
