2. Scope of Services
Sundram Tech Solutions offers custom software engineering, AI integrations, mobile applications, SaaS platform development, and cloud deployments. The exact timelines, deliverables, and payment models for any custom project are governed by a separate written service contract signed between the Company and the Client.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure high-performance execution of custom projects, clients are expected to:
- Provide accurate project details and technical specifications.
- Participate in review schedules and provide timely iteration feedback.
- Comply with agreed payment structures outlined in custom proposals.
4. Intellectual Property
All modular source codes, layout designs, and custom digital models built specifically for a client will be fully transferred to the client upon receipt of complete contract payments, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the project service contract. Sundram Tech Solutions retains all rights to its pre-existing core design libraries, frameworks, and generic scripts.
5. Limitation of Liability
We compile and optimize our software solutions for stability, security, and page speed. However, Sundram Tech Solutions will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, profit losses, or operational interruptions resulting from server downtime, third-party API bugs, or user service malfunctions.
6. Dispute Resolution & Governing Principles
As a remote-first, digital-first entity serving startups and businesses worldwide, our services are structured to comply with standard international digital business practices. In the event of any dispute, concern, or claim arising out of our services or website usage, both parties agree to resolve the issue amicably through mutual discussions, direct consultation, or binding online arbitration, without restriction to any single physical jurisdiction.
